VILLAGE OF WEEDSPORT RESIDENTS

A Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held on Thursday July 16th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 8892 South Street. The purpose of the meeting is to consider area variance for a fence at 2687 Rude Street. The applicant is asking for a 6-foot-high fence where zoning allows a 3-foot max. She owns a corner lot which has two front yards.
