Duties:

The Joint Planning Board reviews all subdivision applications for the Village of Weedsport and the Town of Brutus.  For Village of Weedsport subdivision applications, the Joint Planning Board reviews applications and advises the Village Board of Trustees for final decision. 

Members are appointed for four year terms.  Both the Village and the Town Boards may appoint two alternate members.

Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00p.m. at the Town of Brutus Municipal building, 9021 N. Seneca St.,  Weedsport, NY.  Applications and/or information MUST BE received two weeks in advance to be considered for the agenda.
